Administrator (D Glass)

D Glass are looking to appoint a full time Administrator to join their busy & friendly team.

The role will involve reception duties, general office administration tasks, minor accounts, customer sales and administrative support to the Manager.

The successful candidate needs to be reliable, self-motivated, with strong keyboard and IT skills.  It is important that you work well on your own initiative as at times you maybe in the office on your own.

The ability to be a good communicator and organiser is also key to this role along with good numeracy and literacy skills with a good understanding of office procedures.

Being the sole Administrator for the division this is the perfect opportunity for the ideal candidate to take full ownership of the role and make it their own, therefore it is preferred that you should have at least 2 years experience in an Administration role.  Previous accounts experience is not necessary as training will be given.
