Beech House project now completed and handed to Urban Creation

The contract at Beech House has now been handed over to Urban Creation.
The project entailed the conversion of a Victorian building into 14 luxury apartments and the construction of a 2 storey mews building.
The show flat in the main building was handed over to the client in May and is available to view via the client Urban Creation.
The contract was granted extension time to accommodate client changes which allowed the teams to complete the substantial external landscaping package which was requested by the client.
