Twenty-Six school pupils attend Lockleaze Construction Site for Considerate Constructors Scheme Competition

A class of twenty-six Stoke Park School Primary pupils joined Jones Building Group to decorate the hoarding boards at their Lockleaze Construction site.

The pupils were given a site induction by Site Manager, Paul Lawrence, and were briefed on the dangers of Construction sites and the importance of watertight Health and Safety.

Jones Building Group had then set up a safe area for the children to get creative and the theme they chose was ‘seasons’. Separating into groups, the pupils then used many (messy!) techniques to bring the artwork to life.

The boards are now displayed on the hoarding outside the site which can be seen from a well-used cycle and footpath so hopefully the local people will enjoy the artwork on their journeys.
